Note: Some sports and outdoor amenities are seasonal; check availability for your travel dates.

Please remember the pet policy: up to two dogs, each under 25 lbs—no exceptions. The privacy of the home ensures a stress-free stay for both humans and pets alike.

Important Information
Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
Property Access
- Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These facilities are for member use only.
- There is one security camera in place outside of the home, mounted above the front door looking at the road. There are no cameras pointed into the home.
Policies and Rules
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking allowed inside the home.
- No trace of smoking should be left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- No events allowed.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- Pets: This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs (dogs must be 25 pounds or less) with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals, please visit the Off Road Adventures website.
Fees and Payments
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the amenities.
- Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
- The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there is an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
- Pet rent is $25.00 per pet per night plus tax for up to 2 dogs (must be 25 pounds or less).
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation policy: 100% refund if canceled 60+ days before arrival, 50% refund if canceled 31-59 days before arrival, standard policy if 30 or fewer days before arrival.
Parking and Vehicle Information
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter (November-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Free parking is available at the property.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Hair dryers are not provided. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.).
- While staying at Heritage Lodge, guests have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available include:
- Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course
- 24/7 General Store
- North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsman's Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit
- Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
- Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disk Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
- Vineyard: Food and wine served
- All visitors on premises at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
- Outside on the main level is a large back deck. There are multiple seating areas, including a covered area. In winter months, outdoor furniture is removed due to high winds.

- The property is equipped with smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide detector.
Community and Construction Notices
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently ongoing in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
Discounts
- Off-peak special: Stay longer than the minimum number of nights and automatically receive a 5-15% discount (excludes holidays).
- Guests returning to Heritage Lodge may receive a 5% discount, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.
